Comment by Matthew Pratt on February 17, 2012 at 5:42pm OK, OK...back by popular demand...and to squeeze more players in...we will be playing a total of 21 holes per round at both courses for this year's Hero's Huk. That means that we can have a mximum total of 105 players again.
With that said, the following 15 people on the waitlist will be able to play:
1 Dank Franklin 2 Peter Shive 3 Mike Storrs 4 Tori Jackson 5 Chris Miller 6 Matthew Klinker 7 JC Kester 8 Nathan Whitfield 9 Jordan Cowles 10 Dave Suger 11 Phillip Sanders 12 Dan Barnett 13 Dan Olesky 14 Adam (from Nebraska, but couldn't hear his last name on the voice mail) 15 Mandie Rovere
I will be posting on this site and the CDSA event site with instructions on how to pay your on-line entry fee. I will not take checks or cash, so please do not ask. Soon, I will also set a deadline for you to pay your entry fee or risk losing your spot to the next available perosn on the waitlist.
Comment by Daniel Herrera on February 14, 2012 at 10:40pm I renewed my #50201 for the year a few days ago so you can take the Red X off mine thanks.
Comment by Marcos Castillo on February 12, 2012 at 5:31pm Myself (Marcos Castillo #39338 MPO) and Myrriah Gomez #40238 FW2 renewed our membership the same day we registered for the tournament so we will be current soon!
Comment by Matthew Pratt on February 12, 2012 at 9:25am All, Please renew your PDGA memberships soon. Quite a few people show as expired on the current PDGA players list. If there is still a "Red X" next to your name the night before the tournament, I'll have to charge you the temp fee of $10 to play or give your slot to the next person on the waitlist. Refunds for withdrawls will be administered according to the PDGA Compeitition Manual. I will not issue a refund of any entries fees after 7 days prior to the event start date of 3/24. It was a nightmare last year with refunds.
If you have questions about this decision, you can refer to this rule:
1.3 Withdraws and Refunds
A. A player may officially withdraw only by contacting the Tournament Director.
B. Players must email or phone their withdrawals to the Tournament Director only at the contact information posted.
C. Discussions with persons other than the Tournament Director, including other tournament staff, shall not be considered official.
D. No refunds will be issued after the 7th day prior to the start of the event, but the player shall be sent a player’s package if one was provided to event competitors.
E. Withdrawals made before the 7th day prior to the start of the event shall receive a 50% refund.
F. Withdrawals made 14 days prior to the start of the event shall be refunded 100 %, less postage and handling, which shall not exceed 10% of the entry fee.
G. These criteria may be relaxed at the discretion of the Tournament Director. <-- I will not deviate from these rules this year, so please don't ask. If you need to withdrawl, do so accordingly. Thx!
Comment by Matthew Pratt on February 11, 2012 at 9:00am Event is now full and waitlist started. Please do not attempt to sign up. Thx!
Comment by Matthew Pratt on February 10, 2012 at 2:53pm Mike,
I've got you on the wait list.
Saying it's full, might have just missed it. Please add me to the waitlist for the Men's Intermediate.
Comment by Matt James on February 10, 2012 at 6:54am We did the final check and there are 4 registration spots left. We opened 2 for ams and 2 for pros. So come quick before they're gone!
The TD Matt Pratt will be starting a wait list soon, in case spots open up. More info probably later today.
