2011 Jive Turkey Shootout

The Jive Turkey Shootout will be on 11/12 at the Widefield course, just south of Colorado Springs. This is a great chance to play the Widefield course, which hasn't been used for a tournament in many years. 

SPECIFICS:

Date - 11/12/2011Begin registration - 7:30am (must sign waver to play, check-in will be in field next to Hole 6 tee pad)

All Pro divisions - $40

All Amateur divisions - $20

Players meeting - 8:30am

First round start - 9am

Second round start - after 1 hour lunch break

Format - two rounds of 18 holes (minimum), standard PDGA rules will be played, NO two meter rule, additional OB lines may be presentPrizes - 100% cash payouts for all divisions (division entries equal division payouts), paying out top 40% to each divisionRestrooms - this a very informal event, so restrooms will not be provided. Please take care of business before playingParking - park either in field next to hole 6 or parking lot next to hole 1, carpool is recommended.

Your current PDGA rating determines which division you can play in. The division you have normally played this year will be the one that you play in for this event. You can always move up to a higher division, but not down. Example: Matt P. normally plays Pro Master. He can play that division or move up to Open, but not move down to an amateur division.
