Event Description

Platte Canyon Search and Rescue (PCSAR) along with Foothill Flyers Disc Golf Club will be hosting a 1 day, 1 round benefit for PCSAR at the acclaimed Bailey Disc Golf Course. This will be held on Saturday, Sept. 10. I'm aware this conflicts with the great MHDGC event, the Johnny Roberts Memorial. If you are not planning on playing in that, we'd love your support in this fundraising event.

Here's a bit of information from one of the FFDGC club members regarding PCSAR:

PCSAR is a small, all-volunteer, unpaid group of people (and dogs) who have a quiet, yet highly respected presence in the county. They work tirelessly, under incredibly difficult circumstances and they have no agenda other than to help. They do not charge anything for their services. They are goodwill ambassadors.

PCSAR not only interacts with law enforcement but they give free weekly training and safety classes throughout the community.

You can go to to contribute and support this group who are not only ambassador's in the community but have shown interest in the sport we love, DISC GOLF!!
