2011 Thin Air Tour 99% Decided

I've beeen asking tournament directors of 2011 events, if they would like to have their events on the CDSA Thin Air Tour. I have received a few "no" responses, with our economy as the reason. I can totally understand and they shouldn't feel bad about it. I certainly do NOT want to take money away from tournaments. That's just counter productive. CDSA Thin Air Tour events should have a lot of players and money coming in, in order to give back to the CDSA to help support, enhance and promote our growing sport. 

At This point, there is only 1 tournament that might still become part of the 2011 Thin Air tour. That is the Bloom at Beaver Ranch of the 4th of July weekend in Conifer. They are expecting a big turnout and I'm hoping to get a confirmation from the Foothill Flyers disc golf club soon.

So at this point, here is the list of 2011 CDSA Thin Air Tour Points Series Tournaments:

1) 34th Annual Grateful  Disc Spring Frisbee Festival

2) High Plains Challenge IX

3) 2011 Denver Classic

4) 2011 Johnny Roberts Memorial

5) 2011 Colorado State Championships
