NC9HC#1: First of all I would like to thank all the
players who came out to the NC9HC #1 in May. I was really happy to
have the support. The courses were awesome and I really like the
Oxbow course. It was the first time I had ever played on any of the
3 courses, but that was part of the reason for the series. To
expose players to new/different courses than they usually play.
CONGRATULATIONS TO JEFF COWLEY FOR THE ACE ON HOLE 2 AT LaPorte!!!!

NC9HC#2: The second NC9HC event was another great time at
different courses. I had never played any of the 3 courses we
played; UNC Greeley, Pioneer Park in Evans which is sort of a
suburb of Greeley and the newer River Ranch Course in Johnstown.
There was a bit of walking at the Johnstown course, but they were
all very cool. It was great to be able to expose myself and the
other players to these courses.

NC9HC#3: The 3rd NC9HC was held at the Harlow Platts
course in Boulder and two courses in Longmont. I haven't played
ever played the Centennial Park course in Longmont and it has been
years since I've played the Boulder course. But that's part of the
point for this NC9HC series; to expose players to new or underused
courses. We were joined by 2 new members from Dillon, CO, Penelope
Wood and Jason "Smitty" Smith. Thanks a lot for joining and I hope
you guy's had fun!

NC9HC#5: We played the last of the Northern Colorado Nine Hole
Challenge today and once again, had a great time! Shannon Anderson
joined the CDSA today as our only Open Men division player in this
series. Sue-B and Peggy said they were introduced to 12 new courses
during the series and that was one of the main purposes of the
series; to expose players to new or underused courses. Amazing
weather, fun golf and great company... doesn't get much better than
that.

Here are the Final Results for the NC9HC Series. Everything is
based off your average score and the lowest score wins. So we take
your total score and average it for the 1 event of 3 courses. Then
if you play in multiple events, we take your grand total average by
adding all your averages together and dividing by the number of
events you played. We are awarding the winners tomorrow afternoon,
Sunday September 19 at Badlands, during the CDSA Awards Party and
BBQ.
