I wanted to let everyone know that I have sent out press releases from the CDSA to numerous media outlets in Denver, Pueblo and CO SPrings. Below is a list of who I sent press releases to. Please let me know if you know of any other media outlets I should send a press release to. This is the kind of exposure that the CDSA works to get for our Thin Air Tour events. We had a ton of Colorado and out of state players come to this years states, including 2 world champions and some top touring pros as well. I sent out a bunch of press releases from the CDSA before the event and in turn, the 3 biggest TV stations as well as the Grand Junction Sentinel newspaper came out and made news stories of our event. Just wanted to let everyone know that I have sent out CDSA press releases for the 2011 State Championships in Pailsade and Fruita. Below is the list of media outlets that I have emailed multiple people at each outlet, as well as send out hard copies of the press release along with the CDSA brochure. I wanted to let everyone know that I emailed the 8th Annual Denver Classic press releases Friday afternoon to the following media outlets and also mailed out hard copies with the CDSA brochure that went out first thing Saturday morning. We got good responses from the press releases I sent to the Fort Morgan Times newspaper. They published 2 articles for the event. One as a promo for the event on Monday 6/13/11 that was pretty much word for word from my CDSA press release. The other one was a full article with pictures from the event, dated Tuesday, 6/21/11.

Here are some highlights from this document and meeting:

- TEAMS competition on Thin Air Tour

- CDSA gave $100 to RM Women's Dic Golf Championships tournament

- Basket Donation ACCEPTED for brand new Outback course in Greeley, CO.

- At least 60% of membership fee's will be given back as awards, more if we can. The more members we have, the better the sport is for everyone!
