Disc Golf Article in The Denver Post

I am very happy that the CDSA can act as a conduit for the general public to ask about disc golf and any other frisbee sports and also an organization for the media to pay attention to. Such was the case when The Denver Post did an article about disc golf in August 2012, as a result from multiple CDSA press releases. I thought it was one of the coolest things I've ever seen, when the very top left corner of a major news publication like The Denver Post had the words, "Exploring Disc Golf's Cool Factor"! This is exactly the kind of exposure disc golf needs, to help the general public understand that it is a legitimate sport that is exploding right now. I've been sending CDSA press releases out for 3 years now and this year they are finally taking hold and the Colorado media is starting to take us seriously. I'm hoping that will continue and eventually disc golf will get large sponsors to help get our sport onto tv.
